Sri Acharya Yoga Wellness Centre was founded in the year 2019 by Sasikala, who is also the yoga master at the centre. She has a post- graduate degree in Chemistry, Yoga and Yoga therapy, along with certified courses in Acupressure, Acupuncture, Paadha Guasa, Cupping Therapy, Bach Flower Therapy, Sujok and Auriculotherapy. Specialised yoga therapy available for chronic stress and lifestyle diseases like high BP, cholesterol, diabetics, gastritis, acidity, depression, sleeplessness, PCOD, irregular periods and manage menopause symptoms via simple Yoga Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation.
