NIRVANA YOGA SHHALA, Mysore” (Previously known as Mystic School) Yoga and Meditation center founded by Dr. Shashi Kumar in 2006. Since then center is offering Regular Classes and Teacher Training in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and philosophy to Indians and foreigners. The Centre also organizes International Certification teaching training for aspiring Yoga Professionals. The center is based in Gokulam and offers accommodation, food and weekend trips. The founder Dr. Shashi Kumar has conducted workshops in many countries USA, Greece, Iran and Europe. We have been teaching Different Forms of yoga and mainly HATHA / ASHTANGA VINYASA.
