About Us

Isha Foundation is a volunteer based non-profit spiritual organisation founded by Sadhguru. Erode Isha Yoga Information Center is an extension of it and offers classical yoga and meditation in its purest form. The yoga programs offered here is a powerful process which brings health, dynamism, peace and wellbeing when practiced daily. Anyone who is 7 years of age and above can attend the Yoga classes.
