Doing yoga will transform your life :) In person yoga classes are offered at 630am & 5pm. These are traditional hatha yoga classes where you practice asana, pranayama, meditation & mantra chanting. Classes happen in the open, on the rooftop or in the garden. Location is Do Yoga at L131, 4th Main Road, Sector 6, HSR layout, Bangalore. We also run an online yoga platform at www do yoga where you can join online yoga classes across the day with over 50 yoga teachers across India. We also have an app for Yoga Nidra. It is a relaxed meditation practice. You can download our app on the Google Play Store/iOS App Store with the name - Yoga Nidra: Relax and Meditate. Look forward to helping you do yoga regularly.
